current timeline. yun's backstory follows the basic outline of MC's in the rafayel timeline where they reincarnate multiple times and eventually meet as children. the only major difference is that her parents, being scientists at EVER, were already using her for human experimentation. post-chronofit catastrophe, EVER decided to keep a newly orphaned yun under their supervision with the intent to experiment on her heart, although her memories are spotty from the dozens of times they brought her back to life.the curse of the ocean. in this iteration of MC, the price for "stealing" the sea god's heart has destined every reincarnation of her to die young due to her weak heart.
